when you use our website or any application. We are a private limited company registered

application or any content or services made available through it.

purposes of making our website and the content contained within it available to our users.

application. Typically this will either be an email address, username and password or, if
you choose to login via a social network or similar service provider, we may also obtain
from them details of your friends who are also users of our site or applications and in
which case we may show you their activity and your activity to them. This is done purely
to allow us to store your play information and to enable players to challenge friends. Our
game may also allow you to be matched with strangers, at your own option, and in which
case your username and profile picture may be displayed to them but no other contact
details. Our website and current applications do not allow players to communicate outside
the normal parameters of the game. All data we obtain is stored on a game engine which
in the case of Cramble is provided by GameSparks ( Some data
may also be stored on your own device.
4. Use of your information
4.1 We will only use the personal information that we collect from you in
accordance with this privacy policy.
4.2 In addition to the specific uses set out in section 3 above, we may use your
information for the following purposes:
4.2.1 to ensure that content from our website and applications is presented in the most

£10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you

time by notifying us in writing or following the “unsubscribe” instructions included in any
marketing communications which we send to you.
